We ship once a week, every Thursday from La Paz Mexico BCS with DHL.

Our packing is 100% compostable.

 

International shipping

 We use DHL. International delivery typically takes 7-20 business days, but can take up to 30 due to customs. SURreal Baja is not liable for additional charges due to a countries' import taxes. Additional fees can and will apply depending on individual countries' tax regulations. We are also not liable for lost international packages

 

Changing the address

If you have made an error in your order details, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We are able to change it if the product has not been shipped.

  

 

 

 Return Policy / Exchage Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to accept returns within 30 days. Please note that we do not accept returns for items on sale. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. Merchandise must be unworn.  To start your refund please “contact us” here
